Black Sand Beach Island | Ranong
It is an island in Ranong Province. It is also known as Black Sand Island. It is located in the Andaman Sea, south of Ranong Province, about 25 kilometers from the city center. On the island, there are mountains, residential areas, agricultural areas, and mangrove forests.

• Characteristics: It is an island with an area of 23.81 square kilometers (9.19 square miles).
• Activities: You can experience local fishing, study the mangrove forest, and eat fresh seafood.
• Travel: You can travel by boat from Ranong City.
You can travel by taking Highway No. 3156. Then, after passing the Laem Ngop-Ban Saen Tung intersection for about 8 kilometers, you will see a left-hand intersection. Then go straight for another 4 kilometers and you will reach Black Sand Beach.
