The “Talay Waek” rises up and reveals a long stretch of white sandbar connecting 3 islands: Koh Kai, Koh Mor, and Koh Tap. This sandbar will gradually disappear under the water during high tide each day.
We recommend that you check the date and time a bit before deciding to travel on a tour of Krabi or buy a Krabi tour package. If possible, we recommend looking at a date that is not the waxing/waning moon of the 15th – 3rd lunar month because it is a day that it would be impossible to walk across all 3 islands (if you can go to 2 islands every day).
