Located on the Pang Heye mountain range in Thep Sathit District, the area features uniquely shaped rock formations. Visitors can also admire the fields of Siam Tulip flowers, which bloom beautifully from around June to August every year.
Pa Hin Ngam National Park, situated on the Pang Heye mountain range in Ban Rai Subdistrict, was established as a national park on June 6, 2007. Its elevation ranges from approximately 300-846 meters above sea level. The landscape consists of complex rolling hills.
There are beautifully shaped rock formations belonging to the Phu Phan Formation, Phra Viharn Formation, and Phu Kradung Formation, rocks from the Jurassic and Triassic periods, approximately 180-230 million years ago. The entire area is covered with deciduous forest, dry evergreen forest, and mixed deciduous forest. Numerous orchids and other flowers grow in the area. More than 56 species of birds and various other wild animals reside there.
In addition, it is a source of headwaters for the Chi River and the Sonthi River basin. Flowing into the Pa Sak River, during the rainy season, you can experience the fields of Siam Tulip flowers.
Entrance fee to the national park:
Thai citizens: Adults 40 baht, Children 20 baht
Foreigners: 200 baht, Vehicles 30 baht
Accommodation and camping facilities are available.
Open daily from 06:00 to 18:00.
