Wat Traimit | Golden Buddha
Near Hua Lamphong and Yaowarat, it is a second-class royal temple, Worawihan type. It was originally called Wat Sam Chin because there is a legend that three Chinese people joined forces to build this temple. Interesting things in the temple include the Phra Maha Mondop Luang Pho Thongkham, which enshrines the Phra Phuttha Maha Suwanna Patimakorn or Luang Pho Thongkham, which is considered a Buddha image that has been a symbol of the city since ancient times. The Buddha image is made of gold, mixed with a lot of gold, called gold with seven waters and two legs. The lap width is 6 cubits and 5 inches, and the height is 7 cubits and 1 span and 9 inches.
