Pai Hot Spring, Mae Hee, Pai District, Mae Hong Son Tha Pai Hot Spring, part of Huai Nam Dang National Park near Pai District, is a natural hot spring bathing site surrounded by forests, streams, and cool mist. The hot springs are surrounded by teak forests, and hot water flows through a wide area. There are two large pools; some areas are wide enough to soak in the mineral water, while others are only suitable for soaking your feet. However, bathing in the mineral water at Tha Pai Hot Spring is in its natural, untouched state. The park also has a shop selling food, snacks, and eggs, which tourists can try boiling in some of the pools, which reach temperatures as high as 80 degrees Celsius. Travel Tips: Soaking in the hot springs should not exceed 10-15 minutes at a time. Those with pre-existing conditions such as diabetes (with extremity) or high blood pressure should consult a doctor beforehand. Bring a change of clothes. Camping is permitted. However, it's advisable to contact the national park in advance. There are private resorts in front offering hot spring baths in a private atmosphere.
